Orders & Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Regal Fine Jewelry. This page explains how we process orders and ship your jewelry, so you know exactly what to expect.

Orders & Processing
  • Made to order: Each piece is crafted when you order.
  • Processing time: Up to 6 business days (most orders are completed within 2–6 business days).
  • No rush production: We do not offer expedited production. Shipping upgrades do not shorten processing time.
  • Deadline needs: If you need an item by a specific date, please email us before placing your order.
Carriers & Service Levels

We ship with USPS or UPS. For each speed tier below, we may choose the carrier at our discretion based on destination and reliability. If you have a carrier preference, tell us before placing your order or at checkout in the order notes. We cannot change the carrier after the package has shipped.

1) Free Shipping (Ground)
  • USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground
  • Typical transit time: ~4–7 business days (varies by location)
2) Expedited Shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Select
  • Typical transit time: ~2–5 business days (varies by location)
3) Express Shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air
  • Typical transit time: USPS: 1–2 business days; UPS: 2 business days

Notes: Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and exclude our processing time, weekends, and carrier holidays. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; if you request UPS, please provide a street address.

Signature Requirement
  • All orders over $300 require signature upon delivery.
  • Signature service cannot be removed once a shipment has been created.
Tracking, Delivery & Customer Responsibility
  • We email tracking when your order ships. Please monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package or arrange a pickup/hold with the carrier.
  • Once USPS or UPS accepts the package, liability transfers to you. Loss, theft, delays, damage in transit, misdelivery, or non-receipt after carrier acceptance must be resolved directly with USPS or UPS.
  • If you are unavailable at delivery, you are responsible for retrieving the package from the carrier or scheduling a redelivery/hold-for-pickup.
Address Accuracy & Changes
  • We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please review it carefully.
  • We cannot reroute or change the address after the order has shipped.
  • Undeliverable or returned-to-sender parcels can be reshipped after payment of a new shipping charge; if you choose to cancel instead, our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.
Color, Measurements & Product Variations
  • Color display: Screen/monitor settings and device calibration can affect how colors appear online; slight differences from what you see on your device are normal.
  • Measurements: We list sizes in millimeters (mm) and inches. Minor variations within standard manufacturing tolerances can occur, especially for handcrafted, made-to-order items.
  • Weight & finish: Small differences in weight or finish may occur and do not indicate a defect.
